Refund & Cancellation Policy

LuckyList sells digital, virtually instantaneous services. Once a Bump, Premium, VIP upgrade, or LuckyCoin top-up is delivered, it generally cannot be undone. This Policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
1. General Rule
All purchases on luckylist.ca — including Bump, Premium, VIP upgrades and LuckyCoin top-ups — are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered, except as set out in this Policy.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
We will issue a refund if any of the following applies:
- Technical failure on our side — you paid, but the upgrade did not apply (your ad did not bump, the Premium flag did not appear, the LuckyCoin balance was not credited) and our logs confirm the failure was caused by us, not by the payment processor or the user’s wallet.
- Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same upgrade through no fault of your own.
- Account terminated by us before service delivered — if we suspend or close your account before a Premium / VIP duration completes, the prorated unused portion will be refunded as LuckyCoin (unless termination was for violation of the Terms, in which case no refund is issued).
- Other discretionary cases — we reserve the right to issue a refund as a goodwill gesture, in our sole discretion.
3. When You Are Not Eligible
- You changed your mind after the service was delivered.
- Your ad was deleted by you, expired, or was reported and removed for violating the Terms.
- You did not receive the volume of replies, contacts, or interest you hoped for. Visibility upgrades guarantee placement, not results.
- You purchased a top-up but never spent the LuckyCoin and now want it back. (However, see §5 below for case-by-case requests.)
- The cryptocurrency price moved between when you funded your wallet and when you paid.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@luckylist.ca within 30 days of the transaction with:
- The username or email on the account.
- The Coinremitter invoice ID (visible on your receipt and on the success / failed page).
- The ad ID (if applicable).
- A description of the issue.
We will respond within 5 business days. If your case qualifies under §2, we will refund within an additional 10 business days.
5. LuckyCoin Balance Refunds
Unspent LuckyCoin balance can be refunded back to LTC at our discretion if you have not violated the Terms. Note:
- The refund is paid in LTC at the current LTC/USD exchange rate — not the rate at which you originally topped up. Crypto price volatility may mean you receive more or less LTC than you originally sent.
- Network transaction fees on the LTC blockchain are deducted from the refund amount.
- Minimum refund: $10 USD equivalent. Smaller balances are forfeit on account closure.
- Refunds are sent only to the LTC wallet address you specify in writing. We are not responsible for refunds sent to incorrect addresses.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible by their nature. There is no chargeback mechanism. Disputes are resolved exclusively through this Refund Policy and our Contact channels.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Changes apply prospectively only — transactions made before a change are governed by the Policy in effect at the time of the transaction.
